The services for this fee
will be the complete setup of your organization as an LLC, or a Corporation
except for nonprofit Corporations.
This will include the securing of your tax identification number for the
company you are establishing. This will also include the work on securing
the name you will be satisfied with assuming that that company name you
chose has not been taken by some other company in your area.
We will work together through a phone conversation and Email to get exactly what you desire if there are no conflicts with other businesses.
