1. Mentoring services

a. We provide a mentoring service so that you can rest more comfortably about your business and how it needs to work for success.

2. Assistance in setting up your business structure

a. Your business structure is one of your most important procedures.

b. After you decide on your business name you need to make sure it is not used by anyone else in your state. This can be accomplished through a consulting session

c. When you have the name secured you will need to file for a corporation, an LLC or a nonprofit corporation to protect your business and your personal assets. this is where the consulting and mentoring are combined

d. You need to deal with process known as bylaws. A mentoring session will help here. We help you and lead you through the process of getting your bylaws developed.

3. You will need to implement an accounting system

a. We can direct you on where to find this information and how to implement it. This is a consulting session used accomplish this task.

b. We show you how to get trained in the use of the accounting system you have chosen. This will be a mentoring session where we will show you where to get the training required for this process

4. You will need a business plan developed for your business

a. The business plan is your most valuable tool.

i. It provides a guide to your business progress.

ii. It provides certain financial information about your business.

iii. It helps you set and track your goals to success

iv. It is your instrument to loans from the SBA and other funding sources.

5. You need to learn about marketing and sales

a. Marketing is not sales

b. Sales is not marketing

c. Marketing involves the process of demographics data and how to use it

d. Sales give you better ways to implement a better way to sell than the usual method.

i. Sales are usually worked through certain processes that are actually not by the buyers choices.

ii. Sales work much better when you use enrollment techniques that invite the potential buyer to be part of the buying process at choice.

6. Coaching services

a. When you reach a point that impedes your progress you usually need coaching.

b. This inability to proceed is not related to any failing business process

c. Your inability to proceed is caused by a personal block that we know how to deal with and remove. Our coaching service is designed to accomplish this task.

7. Website development

a. Your presence on the internet will replace most of the traditional ways of advertising and information providing sales information to potential customers.

b. This is the job of a website development process.

8. Business analysis

a. We provide a free business analysis that will help you look at your business operations.

b. From this we can provide suggestions in how to improve them or what to add to your line to make it work for better success.

c. We can often find alternatives to your process or other avenues to new parts that can be added to your existing business. This is one of the goals of business analysis.

This is a brief outline of some of the services we offer and some of the functions we provide for your benefit.

When you feel that you want another income stream we can help you find a way and we will show you how to access this method of diversification. Using our business analysis skills and experiences we can make this work.

As an example of this I am developing for a company that already is in service and doing ok a way to enhance and provide information to the public at large about their services. This is done through the addition of more web sites that target the two different markets they work in at this time. This is an example of our diversification process we developed and recommended through our business analysis program.
